CS&I Exit Strategy™
Comprehensive Support & Improvement Framework
The CS&I Exit Strategy™ is Kids' Sake Consulting's core service offering, designed for schools operating under a state's Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CS&I) designation. It is built on six interlocking pillars, delivered across four implementation phases (Diagnostic → System Activation → Deep Implementation → Performance Acceleration), with a mission of improving performance outcomes for urban students, with an intentional focus on enhancing the performance outcomes of Black boys in grades K–8.
The Infinity Projection
The Infinity Project™ (TIP) is not a tutoring program. It is not a remediation model. And it is not a replacement for strong classroom instruction. It is an acceleration framework — a structured, data-driven, identity-affirming approach to moving urban K–8 students toward mathematics proficiency through extended learning time, targeted skill development, and the deliberate cultivation of the mathematical confidence that sustained achievement requires.
TIP is designed to operate as the student-facing complement to the KSC CSI Exit Strategy™ (Framework #1). Where the CSI Exit Strategy transforms the conditions of the school, TIP accelerates the outcomes of individual students within those transformed conditions. Neither framework alone is sufficient. Together, they address both the system that produced the gap and the students who have been living inside it.
